A real human path before and after payment.
The public beta supports accounts, profiles, private documents, direct applications, candidate-approved introductions, on-platform support, scheduling links, posts, a public recruiting API, and Stripe-hosted one-time rank checkout. The workspace labels checkout as Sandbox or Live before payment.

Email outbidjobs@gmail.com for founding access, account questions, privacy requests, listing concerns, abuse reports, or accessibility support.
Signed-in members can also open and reply to a durable ticket in the Support section of the workspace. Privacy, abuse, and payment reports may be marked urgent and appear in the owner operations queue.
Include the relevant role, talent signal, or bounty reference when available. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, government identity documents, or other sensitive verification material by ordinary email.
2. Payment status and safety
Checkout marked Sandbox accepts only documented test details and does not move real money. Checkout marked Live charges the real payment method entered on Stripe. OutbidJobs does not use a monthly listing subscription, and bounty funding, response reserves, and scout payouts remain disabled.
3. One-time ranking payments and refunds
OutbidJobs does not plan monthly listing subscriptions for the launch model. Employer role ranks and optional candidate spotlight ranks will each start at $5. Raising an existing post will charge only the difference between its current paid rank and the new whole-dollar amount.
Stripe Checkout shows the exact amount and any applicable taxes configured for the transaction. A completed purchase is normally final once the paid rank is applied. OutbidJobs will review a prompt refund request for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a technical failure that prevents the purchased rank from being applied, or when applicable law requires a refund.
Being overtaken by a later higher rank, or receiving fewer impressions, replies, interviews, matches, or hires than hoped, is not a technical failure and does not create a refund right. Contact support promptly with the payment and listing reference; these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Future bounty funding
Every employer-posted bounty will state the qualifying introduction, attribution window, consent requirement, retention milestone, expiration, cancellation, refund, dispute, and payout timing before funds are accepted.
Funds will not be called escrow unless the approved legal and payment structure supports that term. OutbidJobs will not publish a generic bounty checkout link without deal-specific terms.
5. Response reserves
Refundable response reserves are a later-pilot mechanism, not a live product. Before use, the role post will state what constitutes a qualified response, how a miss is measured, when a credit or refund occurs, and how disputes are reviewed.
6. Candidate access and optional spotlight
Candidate profiles, matching, and applications remain free. A candidate may optionally purchase a low-cost, one-time public spotlight rank starting at $5. Spotlight spend changes only labeled category visibility and does not improve qualifications or private-data access.
7. Scheduling and public API
Members may store a Calendly or Google Calendar Appointment Schedule link and choose whether it is private, matched-only, or public. The launch integration stores the HTTPS link only, not calendar credentials or event contents.
The read-only API exposes only published public listing data. Report suspected private-data exposure, automated spam, or API misuse immediately to outbidjobs@gmail.com.
